Our client is a leading Financial Services company who is going through growth and transformation.

The Digital part of the Business is looking for a Tech savvy marketer to join the team.

Role Purpose /Background/Nature of Work      Role is to manage the organisations Marketing Technologies and build data-driven marketing capabilities to deliver “Mobile First” strategy with connected data and real time & personalised communication & offerings to customers.    Owner of omin-channel MarTech, responsible for strategizing, implementation, optimizing and production of company Marketing technologies, including but not limited:  Content management platforms Customer relationship management platforms Experience management software Email marketing tools Mobile tracking tools Key stake holder of other company CRM related solutions’ integrating or connecting with the marketing technologies (e.g. CRM, Identity solutions, Data warehouse etc) ;  make technical decisions / recommendations on behalf of marketing; Manage direct or cross-functional team to co-design & deliver automated marketing campaigns and personalised content / offering by capitalisation data and technology;  Look out for new / advance technologies that can improve marketing performance, eliminate marketing and technology silos; develop business case and obtain approval for pilot, test & learn or full scale implementation; Oversee training of the solution usage and adoption in the company    Resource Complexity   Manage small direct team (2-3 people) of experts in MarTech;  Experienced in mobile App and omin-channel MarTech implementation and production support (e.g. Google, Branch.io, Firebase, Insider, Adobe, SalesForce etc)  Work with cross-functional complex project / program teams with both tech and business stakeholders from all levels including SLTs;   Manage all MarTech vendors and commercials;  Strong tech knowledge with good understanding of customer behaviours, segmentation and data capturing;    Problem Solving   Strong communicator to be able to understand both tech and business requirements to connect the dots and deliver / configure MarTech solution to fulfil business objectives; Good understanding of regulated industry system and compliance requirement to be able to navigate through complex tech infrastructure to deliver MarTech solution implementation;  Quick to action in diagnosing and trouble shooting problems related to MarTech;     Timeframe for decision making  Develop company omni-channel MarTech strategy in 1 months (after joining); Agree implementation roadmap in 2 months (after joining); Recruit /onboard full MarTech team in 3 months (after joining); BAU MarTech decisions are expected immediately after joining;       Change   Drive MarTech change in the company; Manage change control of agreed strategy & implementation roadmap;  As the strong supporter of data-driven culture in the company     Internal Network   Marketing, tech, product and data; Compliance and data protection team;    External Network   MarTech solution vendors / agencies; Digital marketing agency; Technology implementation vendors;    Risk Management and Governance    Promote good risk management culture, governance, and oversight relevant to my role and my business function(s) Responsible to own, identify, measure, manage, and report risks and controls relevant to my role and my business function(s), in accordance with Aviva’s Risk Management Framework. This includes timely resolution of control gaps and escalation of key issues at the relevant committees. Ensure that policies, processes and authority limits are updated, communicated and observed within my business functions(s).  Exceptions are promptly dealt with and authorised by the appropriate level of management or the Board Ensure appropriate levels of skills and experience within the team to carry out the business functions and that the Compliance Liaison Officer within the business function is given sufficient support  Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in Singapore, including but not limited to those issued by the MAS and Aviva Group business standards and policies        
Education Qualifications  Degree in computer science or similar technology disciplines;  Master’s degree or second degree in marketing, business administration or similar business related disciplines;     Required Capability: 
  > 10 years of experiences in MarTech or related areas; Tech/Ecommerce industry preferred, or retail financial services industry experiences will be an added advantage but not compulsory;  Business oriented MarTech expert with a strong project maturity Collaborator with good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work cross functionally to manage complex implementation projects Good understanding of how connected data & real time personalized content influencing customer behaviors in digital world Self-motivated individual with strong curiosity to challenge status quo and always look out for better solutions in the market and best practices for improvement   Experienced in vendor management and partnership collaboration
