Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide business analysis, documentation (functional specs, etc), test design, execution, coordination and project management support for HR Driven Programmes.
  • Work with a diverse range of HR and business stakeholders to build and maintain long term stakeholder relationships
  • Undertake strategic test planning – develop strategic testing approach for each service while supporting UAT through each phase.
  • Understand current organisation and ‘As Is’ global and countries processes and identify ‘To be’ opportunities for changes, balancing operational excellence, regulatory and countries specific requirements
  • Reserve independence of judgment and display ability to quickly react to issues, understand impact and risks whilst working with multiple sets of priorities to make appropriate decisions and achieve results.
  • Identify gaps and actions required to deliver, develop and implement effective solutions for business-critical issues.
  • Identify and analyse strategic opportunities and track and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.


  • Proven ability around business requirement gathering and documenting those requirements.
  • Manage conflicts in stakeholder expectations, employee experience and HR good practice in process solution design across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify gaps and actions required to deliver, develop and implement effective solutions for business-critical issues.
  • Support Project Manager in data gathering for T&I and country compliance.
  • Present clear options and recommendations, facilitate decision making and enable clear understanding in key stakeholders of risks, outcomes and trade-offs


  • Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimise operating model and employee experience.
  • Provide Business Analysis, testing and issue resolution during all project phases for HR initiatives.  
  • Perform due diligence and analysis of HR processes, controls and gaps therein.
  • Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements with the help of the Product Owner.
  • Identify and define user stories and use cases.
  • Set up and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Work with the Service Delivery Design team, Architects, and other Programme team members to define metrics and performance goals.
  • Participate in transitioning the user stories and use cases to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
  • Assist in translating user stories and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in quality management reviews, process designs, prototypes and other requirements workbooks to ensure they fulfil stakeholder’s requirements.

  • Ensure HR Services deliver effective management of operational risks in compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations at a global level
  • Act to minimise operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising, identify and manage forward looking risks
  • Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct across the team and larger function
  • Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job holder’s attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the appropriate Risk Committees


  • Awareness of need to execute projects with strong focus on process excellence and business requirements to ensure that stakeholders expectations are met
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal (customer experience, operating model standards, system performance and functionalities).

3- 7 yrs of BA experience in HR projects

Banking experience would be an added advantage
